Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password confidential. Your account and purchases are personal to you; sharing login credentials so others can access paid content is not permitted.

Purchases, Streaming & Downloads

Digital purchases (streaming videos, memberships, and downloadable products) are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use within your own coaching program. Your access to purchased digital content, and any refunds, are described in our Returns & Guarantee policy. Streaming memberships provide access for the paid term; you may cancel renewal at any time and keep access through the end of the term.

Intellectual Property

All videos, books, forms, text, and artwork on this site are the property of AFM Media or its content partners and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it — for example, printing forms for use with your own team — but not to re-sell, re-publish, share publicly, or distribute it outside your program.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to access other customers' accounts or content you have not purchased, or use automated tools to scrape or download content.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The site and its content are provided "as is." Coaching materials reflect the opinions and experience of their authors; you are responsible for applying them appropriately in your program. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AFM Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
